Fons Frigidus (Francogallice Fontfroide, hodie praefecturae Atacis in Francia) fuit abbatia a Benedictinis anno 1093 condita, quae anno 1145 ex abbatia Grandis Silvae facta est Cisterciensis.
Superbe endroit au milieu des pinèdes. La visite se fait individuellement à travers l'abbaye, dans le calme. Magnifiques jardins, lieu incroyable et la vue du dessus est à couper le souffle.
Nascosta nella vegetazione nonostante sia abbastanza grande, anche la visita per conto proprio è piacevole, wc in pessime condizioni igieniche, fatela nel boschetto!
