Tiryns (-nthis, f.; Graece Τίρυνς; Neograece Τίρυνθα) fuit urbs antiquissima in regione antiqua Argolidis Graeciae, non longe ab urbe Argo in nomo hodierno Argolidis sita.
Tiryns flourished during the Mycenaean period. A new fortified palace complex was constructed in the 14th century BC. A World Heritage Monument of Unesco.
