Gardens; stray far from palace for a quiet picnic. Get the audio tour. Wear a cape! Excellent play acting, not cringe worthy. Get a year pass if you live close for summer outings for all 5 palaces.

A great historical treasure. Get the train direct from Waterloo. The gardens and maze are free. Plus cross the river for some decent places to eat.

Fascinating place with lots to see - a day is not enough to cover the palace & the garden! Get the Historic Royal Palaces membership if going to Tower of London & Hampton Court to get 1-yr free access

Gardens, maze, tennis court, deers. Loved musucians, kitchen workers in authentic costumes, especially admired a lemon carver. Perfect place for a daily family walk. Entrance fee as of Jan2020 26GBP

So peaceful. Only 30 min from London and worth it. You can see huge stag family. Perfect river science. Feels like a high end little village with all these yacht clubs and lovely gardens.
