Challenging to walk this section of the wall but will experience the full effect of the wall. Arrive early (before 9:00 am) as loads of tour buses started arriving then. Beautiful.
The view is breathtaking! Waited 34 years to see this amazing several century year old marvel. How this wall was built is amazing! Bring water & a gopro to record your journey uphill.
When the wall goes up a slope, the floor is a slope too, not stairs. It’s wicked hard to walk up some of these and I’m sure it’s pretty close to the limit of what’s possible without suction cups!
This is a legit workout, don’t carry extra crap and wear shorts & t-shirt, to you’ll thank me later. Those ancient guys were like Billy goats, this is tough for us! ????️♀️
